SERI R2v3 New Auditor Training
The R2v3 Auditor Course is specifically designed for auditors but serves as a powerful tool for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of R2. While primarily created for Certification Body (CB) auditors and Accreditation Body (AB) assessors, SERI also offers a version tailored for facilities and consultants. Facility managers and personnel can particularly benefit from this course as it provides valuable insights into the specific records, documentation, and evidence that auditors expect to review during an audit.

This training is exclusively for auditors who have an agreement with a CB.
PRE-REQUISITE
Prior to attending the course, participants must view all the R2 Training videos in the VIDEO LIBRARY section of the R2 Knowledge Base and complete the course pre-test. This typically takes 4 – 8 hours to complete depending on experience level, language barriers, etc. (Link to pre-test will be sent upon receipt of payment for the course.)
Note: Participants must attend all sessions within a course offering.

This course is for consultants, * facility personnel and other stakeholders who would like to learn more about the records, documentation and other evidence auditors will expect to see during the audit.
* Remaining current with Auditor Training Modules is mandatory for any consultant who wishes to be listed on the Consultant Directory on SERI’s website.

COURSE SCHEDULES

Time: 2 PM – 7 PM GMT
Participants must attend all sessions.
PAYMENT TERMS
After registration has been completed, a seat will be temporarily held for your training class. Payment must be received within 7 days of your registration to secure your seat. If payment has not been received after 7 days, the class reservation will be cancelled.
REFUNDS
If a registered participant cancels or changes a course within 3 weeks of the start date, SERI reserves the right to charge a fee of up to $250 due to administrative costs.

Este curso, impartido íntegramente en español, está diseñado para auditores de organismos de certificación (OC), evaluadores de organismos de acreditación (OA), consultores*, personal de instalaciones y cualquier persona interesada en aprender más sobre los registros, la documentación y otras evidencias que los auditores esperarán ver durante una auditoría R2.
*Mantenerse al día con los Módulos de Capacitación para Auditores es obligatorio para cualquier consultor que desee figurar en el Directorio de Consultores del sitio web de SERI.
REQUISITO PREVIO
Antes de asistir al curso, los participantes deben ver todos los videos de capacitación de R2 en la sección BIBLIOTECA DE VIDEOS de la Base de Conocimientos de R2 y completar los cuestionarios previos al curso. Esto suele tardar entre 4 y 8 horas, dependiendo del nivel de experiencia, las barreras idiomáticas, etc. (El enlace a los cuestionarios previos al curso se enviará al recibir el pago del curso).

CONDICIONES DE PAGO
Una vez completado el registro, se reservará temporalmente un cupo para su curso de capacitación. El pago debe recibirse dentro de los 7 días posteriores al registro para asegurar su lugar. Si no se recibe el pago después de 7 días, la reserva del curso se cancelará.
REEMBOLSOS
Si un participante registrado cancela o cambia de curso dentro de las 3 semanas previas a la fecha de inicio, SERI se reserva el derecho de cobrar una tarifa de hasta $250 debido a los costos administrativos.
Al registrarse en este curso, el participante acepta las condiciones de pago y reembolso mencionadas anteriormente.
